- Officer Scale-I (PO) : 18 – 30 Years
- Officer Scale-II : 21 – 32 Years
- Officer Scale-III : 21 – 40 Years
- Age relaxation as per rules will be applicable.
Eligibility (Basic)
- Office Assistant : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Officer Scale-I : Graduation in any discipline; proficiency in local language as required by participating RRBs.
- Officer Scale-II / III : Post Graduation / relevant professional qualification or experience as per post (e.g., Agriculture, IT, Finance, Law etc.).
- Check official notification for post-wise detailed eligibility and experience requirements.

Selection Process
- Office Assistant : Prelims (Phase I) → Mains (Phase II)
- Officer Scale-I : Prelims → Mains → Interview
- Officer Scale-II & III : Single Online Exam → Interview (wherever applicable)
